Service Refunds
- All service sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to complete the service due to factors within our control.
- If a service issue arises due to workmanship, we will assess and provide corrective measures at no additional cost.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss resolution options.
Product Return & Exchanges
- Products purchased from Harry’s Locksmith (e.g., locks, security hardware) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
- Customized or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 5 days of receipt.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
- Shipping fees for returning defective products may be applied.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, installed, or modified products.
- Key duplication and rekeying services.
- Electronic or smart locks that have been registered or activated.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.
