The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped how we think about safety, and as always, our top priority is to ensure that our customers, employees, and partners feel protected and secure. In a period where health concerns are at the forefront, we aim to support your safety needs in all aspects, making sure that you have both reliable security and the assurance of health-conscious practices.

Harry’s Key Service has always been dedicated to meeting your security needs. Now, as an essential business in a time of crisis, our commitment to your safety has taken on a new level of responsibility. Even while our state is under social distancing and restricted movement orders, we understand that security needs remain essential. Emergencies can arise, and we remain here to address those needs without hesitation. We recognize our role as a security hardware provider is crucial, and we take the designation as an “essential business” very seriously, committing ourselves to staying accessible and responsive in all situations, including this pandemic.

To ensure a safe environment, we have implemented all recommended precautions for our employees, customers, and partners. Our team follows the most current guidelines issued by the CDC to maintain a safe workspace in our shops, offices, and in the field. We’ve introduced thorough practices for constant disinfecting of surfaces, including tools, parts, payment stations, and company vehicles. Social distancing is prioritized, and remote work options are being utilized wherever possible to further reduce risk. We stay updated on the latest CDC recommendations, monitoring for any changes and adapting our protocols as needed to continue offering safe, reliable services.

At Harry’s, our mission has always been rooted in exceptional service. We don’t just consider ourselves service providers; we consider our customers part of the “Harry’s family.” With that in mind, we’re committed to taking care of you, just as we do our own team members. This means looking out for both your security and your well-being. We know that security needs don’t stop during a pandemic, and neither does our dedication to helping you feel secure and protected. Our field teams continue to respond to critical situations and remain available for emergencies that may threaten the safety or security of your property.

In this evolving situation, we’re also thinking ahead. With every action we take today, we’re committed to helping you feel prepared for the future. Our team is continuously exploring new security innovations and adjusting to ensure that you are well-protected in all situations, now and in the future. How does Harry’s support its local community?

For 20+ years, Harry’s Locksmith has proudly partnered with Share Vancouver to support individuals and families who experience homelessness. During the holiday season, we participate in the Adopt-a-Family and Wish Tags through Share’s Holiday Cheer Program. We purchase gifts for low-income Clark County families and families in Share’s shelters. 

At Harry’s we also drive community impact by participating in community events like local WA and OR school fundraisers, sponsoring sports teams and church bulletins, and donating to local nonprofits. Despite our small size, our impact is BIG!
